Karen Brown Tyson is the CEO and Founder of Constant Communicators, a freelance public relations and corporate communications business. With 30 years of experience in these fields, she is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America. Karen is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, a community college instructor, and a writing coach.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from West Virginia University and a Master of Arts in English from National University. She has a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry and graduate certificates in Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. Her ministry focuses on spiritual discipline, discipleship, leadership, and New Testament theology. Karen is a Jerry Jenkins Christian Writer’s Guild apprentice program graduate.
As a writer and Bible teacher, Karen has developed several Christian ministry tools and training materials for her local church. She is the award-winning author of Time to Refresh: A 21-Day Devotional to Renew Your Mind After Being Laid Off, Fired, or Sidelined and Time to Reset: A 21-Day Devotional to Renew Your Mind After Being Sidelined, Disappointed, or Knocked Off Course.

Karen enjoys reading, cycling, and traveling. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and son.
